Yes. All of our food products are strictly kosher.
Our food is packaged in a facility that also packages nuts, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
All imprinted containers and jars are printed directly on the product, exactly as shown in the item photos. We do not use stickers. Printing is done using high-definition, full-color UV printing.
Yes. All new custom imprinted orders receive a digital proof showing how your item will look when printed. Proofs are typically sent within 4–8 business hours after we receive your artwork and imprint instructions.
Yes. All custom imprinted orders include a one-time $30 art and setup fee per order. If you order multiple items using the same imprint, you will only be charged one art fee. This fee includes up to two revisions.
If your design includes images or photos, please submit high-resolution files to ensure the best print quality.
Yes. For exact repeat orders with no changes, please provide your previous order confirmation number. If you don’t have it, let us know when submitting your order and we’ll help locate it.
All orders are shipped from our New Jersey facility.
Most orders ship within 3 business days after proof approval.
We are closed on all Jewish holidays and major U.S. federal holidays.

Because all items are custom imprinted to your specifications, returns are not accepted.
